Macadamia Sundae


This weekend, treat yourself to this macadamia ice-cream sundae - its easy to put together but oh-so-moreish!

The ingredient of Macadamia Sundae

  • 200g macadamia nuts lightly toasted on chopped
  • 3 4 cup 165g caster sugar
  • 500ml good quality ice cream softened
  • 250ml good quality caramel sauce
  • 2 maraschino cherries

The Instruction of macadamia sundae

  • line a medium baking tray taking into consideration baking paper reserving 50g macadamias sprinkle unshakable nuts higher than tray
