300g morello cherries drained
750ml btl fruity white wine such as riesling
2 tbsp caster sugar
2 total star anise see note
1 cinnamon fasten pin
310ml 1 1 4 cups cherry brandy

The Instruction of certainly cherry cocktail

cook cherries wine sugar star anise and cinnamon in a saucepan exceeding medium heat until just to come boiling set aside for 30 minutes
use a potato masher to crush the cherries strain into a saucepan go to brandy cook on top of higher than medium heat until just beforehand boiling pour into heatproof glasses
