Super Mint Green Smoothie


For a quick and healthy snack, plan this refreshing dairy-free smoothie, made in imitation of almond milk, banana, spinach, dates and avocado. Recipe byCourtney Roulston, MasterChef Australia Series 2 contestant.

The ingredient of Super Mint Green Smoothie

  • 2 1 2 cups 625ml so enjoyable almond long cartoon milk chilled
  • 1 2 ripe avocado chopped
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 4 medjool dates pitted and chopped
  • 1 2 cup well ventilated light mint leaves
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tsp honey

  • place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and combined pour into glasses and serve
