Super Mint Green Smoothie

The ingredient of Super Mint Green Smoothie
- 2 1 2 cups 625ml so enjoyable almond long cartoon milk chilled
- 1 2 ripe avocado chopped
- 1 banana frozen
- 4 medjool dates pitted and chopped
- 1 2 cup well ventilated light mint leaves
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 2 tsp honey

- place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and combined pour into glasses and serve
