The ingredient of Loaded House Lo Mein

  • 1 2 cup soy sauce regular dark less sodium or a combination amalgamation i use a mix see note 1

  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons mirin asian sweet cooking wine and rice seasoning
  • 6 ounces shrimp any variety peeled and cooked tails on i used terrific
  • 4 ounces chicken pounded thin sliced and saute or relic roasted
  • 4 ounces beef steak pounded thin sliced thin and sauteed
  • salt
  • pepper
