- 85g aeroplane indigenous native raspberry flavoured jelly crystals
- well ventilated light raspberries to support
The Instruction of poke cake
- prepare butter cake following packet directions and bake in a 20cm square pan set aside to cool trim the top
- prepare raspberry jelly crystals following packet directions
- use a chopstick to poke holes in the cake on purpose pour in the unset jelly cover place in the refrigerator overnight
