- 1 teaspoon espresso powder field coffee instant coffee whatever you have just about hand
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 banana small or u00bd of a large cut into small pieces and frozen
- 1 8 cup milk depending on desired consistency almondmilk is great
- 1 scoop protein powder optional
